Job Summary

A well-established construction company in La Palma, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with construction industry experience who is comfortable managing contract documents, lien releases, preliminary notices, insurance documentation, and subcontractor paperwork.

The Contracts Administrator will support a busy construction operations team by keeping documentation accurate, organized, and moving efficiently through internal systems and customer or vendor portals. Key Responsibilities

- Review, organize, and manage construction contracts, change orders, bonds, preliminary notices, and lien releases.
- Maintain and update internal contract tracking systems to ensure documents, deadlines, and compliance items are accurate.
- Upload high volumes of documentation to customer and vendor portals with strong attention to detail.
- Manage certificates of insurance, OCIP documentation, and other insurance-related records.
- Assist with business license renewals and certifications across California, Arizona, and Nevada.
- Support subcontractor onboarding, including agreements, NDAs, and collection of required documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $26 to $28 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: La Palma, CA.
