Building Maintenance Assistant
We are currently looking for a part-time weekend Building Maintenance Assistant who will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our beautiful community. If you love putting your hands to work and have a knack for fixing things, then this is the job for you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
As an entry-level Building Maintenance Assistant, you perform a host of different general labor tasks including painting, repairing appliances, plumbing, and doing electrical work. You're also responsible for some preventative maintenance and landscaping.
You will be scheduled for weekend coverage. On a typical day, you keep busy with a combination of completing requests and performing preventative maintenance. We want to offer a work-life balance to our employees, so we offer flexibility in scheduling. You love keeping busy with a variety of tasks, which is why you're perfect in this general labor role!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT?
- Previous building maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your time effectively? Can you work independently, but still function effectively as part of a team?
