About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Enterprise CFO Portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic integrator and operational partner, ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution across a broad and complex set of functions. This includes supporting finance, information technology, ERP and transformation initiatives, investment office coordination, and health plan activities. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for enterprise coordination and alignment, managing the executive operating cadence, and overseeing priority and portfolio management. Additionally, the role involves decision support, board coordination, and policy governance to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in operations, program management, strategy, or related areas. The role requires excellent communication skills, experience in supporting enterprise initiatives or transformational programs, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare, higher education, or large nonprofit organizations. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in finance division communications, training, and change management, and will be expected to promote continuous improvement and policy governance across the enterprise CFO portfolio.
