About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will have a true seat at the table, serving as a direct advisor to the CEO and physician owners on a range of financial matters, including M&A, joint ventures, capital allocation, and the introduction of new service lines. This role is pivotal in driving the financial expansion of the enterprise, particularly in the areas of new clinical ventures, ASC additions, and physician recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO role within a healthcare MSO, multi-specialty practice, or ASC platform. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing a modern finance structure, leading a team of two peer VPs, and focusing on strategic and leadership aspects of the role. The successful candidate will be an expert in multi-entity GAAP consolidations, revenue cycle economics, physician compensation modeling, and NetSuite systems. A player-coach mentality is essential, as the CFO will be expected to be a high-level strategic thinker while also being hands-on and detail-oriented when necessary. Professional credentials such as a CPA or CHFP are preferred, and an MBA or MHA is a plus.
