The ideal candidate will have a background in a growth-oriented, private equity-backed organization, and experience in technology services, managed services, distribution, or a related industry. The role requires a leader with a strong operational mindset, experience in mergers and acquisitions, and a proven track record of building relationships with external financial stakeholders. The CFO will also be expected to mentor a high-performing finance organization, champion cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that the finance team is viewed as a strategic business partner across the organization.
