About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO, providing financial leadership across a diverse portfolio of multi-unit, multi-concept businesses. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational discipline, with a focus on supporting growth through operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and disciplined financial leadership. The successful candidate will lead all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and risk management. They will also be responsible for developing financial models to support growth initiatives and will work closely with operations leadership to enhance profitability. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A strong background in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls is essential. The ideal candidate will have progressive financial leadership experience within multi-unit restaurant and foodservice organizations, particularly those with complex operating structures. The role demands a proven track record in leading finance through periods of growth, expansion, or transformation, and the ability to partner with executive leadership to drive strategic growth and operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills are also required.
