About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner and advisor, providing financial leadership and stewardship to ensure the long-term sustainability and mission success. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including financial strategy, revenue cycle management, contract and rate management, and information technology operations. This role demands a mission-driven, data-informed approach to resource allocation, innovation, and organizational growth, with a focus on maintaining financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across a diverse funding and payer landscape. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in nonprofit healthcare, behavioral health, or human services. Expertise in Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, managed care contracting, and value-based funding models is essential. The CFO will be expected to lead a high-performing team, drive modernization and integration of financial and operational systems, and champion the use of analytics for strategic decision-making. A CPA is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, innovative leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring trust and driving organizational excellence.
