Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs over the phone or via video calls, ensuring accurate information is collected to facilitate appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and evidence-based interventions.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential case documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while preparing reports that track client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to formulate effective referral systems that bolster client support networks.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.
