District Sales Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a sales team focused on lab consumables and chemicals. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and driving revenue growth across scientific and healthcare markets in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a sales team to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets
Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies for lab consumables and chemicals products
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships and key stakeholder partnerships
Support team development and drive continuous improvement in sales performance
Collaborate across divisions to deliver integrated solutions to customers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years sales experience in scientific or healthcare industries
2+ years sales management or team leadership experience
Knowledge of laboratory, research, clinical, or industrial markets
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and large accounts
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
