Job Details Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year Our client is seeking a senior-level corporate attorney to join its established transactional practice. This role is designed for an attorney with substantial experience handling complex business transactions who is looking to take on a more active role in deal execution, client interaction, and overall matter management.
