We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Medical Affairs experience to support cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Medical Affairs programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives. Experience working with commercialized pharmaceutical products and medical organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Medical Affairs projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Support Medical Affairs activities including:
o Medical Education Programs
o Advisory Board Meetings
o Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS)
o Medical Information initiatives
o Publication planning
o Congress planning and execution
• Track project KPIs and prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
• Ensure project execution complies with company SOPs, GxP, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor budgets, contracts, and invoices.
• Drive continuous process improvements across Medical Affairs operations.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• 3+ years of direct experience supporting Medical Affairs organizations.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions, scientific communications, publications, medical education, and evidence generation.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and global projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
