About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join the SubcontractorHub Sales team. This role is focused on running high-impact demos, closing new business, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is KPI-driven, and excels at moving deals through the pipeline efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound qualified opportunities, from demo to close
- Conduct product demos that clearly communicate SubcontractorHub’s value proposition
- Close new business and consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs
- Work closely with SDRs to optimize handoffs and maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with Account Engineers to ensure a smooth post-sale transition
- Identify upsell opportunities within active accounts and drive expansion revenue when applicable
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM
- Continuously refine sales messaging, objection handling, and closing strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong demo, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and KPI-driven
- Experience using CRM tools
- Knowledge of construction, fintech, or B2B SaaS a plus
