Job Summary Our client, a leading Energy & Utilities provider, is seeking a Scrum Master III to join their team. This position is located hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities Creates/defines mobilization programs for custom teams Manages agile mobilization methodology Creates agile team member onboarding packages Owns Agile Fit assessment process Owns Mobilization Working Agreement process Facilitates inter‑team dependencies and works to minimize/remove them Assists in the development, implementation and enhancement of PMO processes, methodology, tools and automation Required Skills / Experience (Must‑Haves) 5+ years of relevant Scrum Master or agile team experience 2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies (preferred) Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in job discipline or field, working independently to solve or lead others to solve complex problems Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Professional (PMI ACP) Key Competencies & Behaviors Guides teams to self‑organize to problem‑solve and tweak their processes to drive team velocity Guides Scrum Masters and Product Owners to remove progress barriers and shield the team from external interference Guides others on Agile Best Practice Supports customer change control process Facilitates Agile processes and scrum practices for the team to generate an Agile mindset within the scrum team Organizes working groups to help define to‑be processes and toolsets/utilization Participates in customer Agile Toolset Governance Board Work Environment Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $115,000 – $125,000 (approximate). Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
