Pay & Benefits
Base Salary: $45,000$50,000 per year
Commission: Uncapped, performance-driven
Additional Compensation: Quarterly bonuses, car/mileage reimbursement, company cell phone

What You'll Do
- Build and expand referral relationships across central Illinois including Urbana, Danville, Decatur, and Bloomington
- Prospect and secure new accounts while maintaining existing partnerships
- Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and referral sources
- Educate partners about home medical equipment solutions like ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep devices, wound care, and diabetic supplies
- Collaborate with local clinical teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Track activity, pipeline, and sales trends using CRM and reporting tools
- Participate in sales training and continuous education sessions
What You Need
Required:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of healthcare or B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of respiratory equipment, diabetic supplies, or wound care products
- CRM experience and pipeline management skills
- Ability to explain clinical solutions simply and build trust with healthcare professionals
