Front Office Specialists (St. Augustine Dental)

Full time position. Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-7:00 pm. Position Summary The Front Specialist is a multi-functional, fast-paced, customer-oriented position. The incumbent may be responsible for one or more of the following: Customer Care Specialist, Backup Support, Cashier, File Room and/or Telephone Operator. Each of these responsibilities serves an integral role in AH operations. One of your primary responsibilities is customer service and a team spirit. Position Responsibilities Greet patients in a polite, prompt and helpful manner. Receive and take accurate telephone messages. Have strong interpersonal communication skills to support team efforts. Direct customers to the appropriate resources when necessary. Assist patients with necessary paperwork as needed. Complete necessary paperwork such as encounter forms; use the computer system to generate information necessary for billing. Inform appropriate nursing staff of the patient’s arrival.
