At the Ideal Tridon Group, connections aren't just what we make—they're the heart of everything we do.We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner for our Garden Grove, CA Plant.Summary:Administers all HR operations and is directly responsible for site(s) within the respective perimeter as well as acts as both a change agent and thought leader for the respective perimeter.Primary Responsibilities:Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staffOversees the daily workflow of the departmentProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsHandles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Federal, State, Local Authorities and company policyExecutes payrollAdditional Duties:Provides human resources (HR) consultation to a designated business unit.Uses working knowledge of the business to provide HR support and guidance.Partners directly with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and key initiatives.Analyzes trends and develops strategies to resolve HR issues and make a positive impact on business results.Leads organizational assessments that convert strategies into result-driven actions.
