Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Transaction Processing Specialist will process various document types for a rental car agency while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards, asking questions as needed, and complying with all policies and standards. Key responsibilities Log into the workflow and process multiple document types efficiently Ensure compliance with timeliness and accuracy standards while performing assigned duties Maintain adherence to company policies and standards, including effective communication with team members Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to type at least 45 words per minute Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in navigating multiple windows and maintaining a self-motivated work ethic in a remote environment
