This role involves working within a collaborative care team and maintaining the highest ethical standards. Your passion for community-based healthcare will thrive here.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide dental care to Callen-Lorde patients according to schedules, with accurate documentation.Offer primary dental services, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, and prosthetic treatments.Maintain productivity standards and manage appointment scheduling.Demonstrate professionalism, cooperation, and judgment in emergencies.Promote dental health education in the community.Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers.Ensure accurate record-keeping using the problem-oriented dental record.Participate in quality assurance activities and educational programs.Work as a team with dental assistants and dental hygienists.Comply with organizational policies and procedures.Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one regularly scheduled evening shift per week.
