A well-established community health organization in Southern Idaho is seeking a General Dentist to join a modern dental clinic serving the Sun Valley communities. Practice Highlights 4-day work week with Fridays off Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days with approximately 8 hours of patient care See 8-14 patients per day Work alongside 2 experienced Dental Assistants Modern clinic renovated in 2021-2022 3 operatories, 6 exam rooms, and on-site pharmacy Strong clinical autonomy with flexibility in treatment planning, labs, and materials Collaborate with medical providers, behavioral health professionals, pharmacy, and care teams Full-time or part-time options available (minimum 30 hours/week) Compensation & Incentives - Salary based on experience Base salary starting at $152K+ for new graduates Experienced providers can earn up to $200K+ base
