Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the organization's programs, services, and brand. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign implementation, manage project timelines, and ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational goals. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining marketing systems, coordinating content updates, and supporting communications across multiple channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and email channels. Coordinate marketing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables in the project management software. Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, develop marketing materials, and support promotional initiatives. Maintain marketing calendars and assist in scheduling campaigns, events, and communications. Support the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials. Support email marketing efforts, including list management, campaign setup, and reporting. Assist in tracking website analytics and campaign performance metrics to inform marketing decisions. Upload and schedule social media posts. Work with external vendors and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and implementation tasks. Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure milestones are met. Assist with proofing marketing content for web pages, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. Support internal communications related to marketing initiatives. Maintain organized records of marketing projects, assets, and campaign results. Assist with reporting on marketing activities and performance metrics. Provide general administrative support for the marketing team as needed. Prepare agendas and meeting summaries, distribute and post in project management software. Maintain digital file maintenance. Handle procurement-related activities in PeopleSoft for purchase orders, budget transfers and other budget related needs.
