Field Service Power Generation Technician / MechanicWe are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in Maumee, OH.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Completing repair activities on generators or componentsEngaging with customers in a courteous and professional mannerPerform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic toolsMaintain detailed records of serviceAdhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policiesOngoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins productsMaintain own toolsExternal Qualifications and CompetenciesIn order to be successful in this role you will need the following:Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities.High Voltage / Low Voltage experience.Capable of electrical repair and maintenance with minimal supervision – hands on exposure to working on power generation products.Basic Diesel Engine experience.Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components.Able to perform repairs on ATS systems and able to perform commissioning on a new ATS installation.Compensation and Benefits BaseSalary rate commensurate with experience. This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations. This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. 3 years driving experience. This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use.
