Human Resources Assistant

Russell Tobin

Contract Length: 6 Months (can be extended or become permanent based on performance) Work Arrangement: On-Site (5 Days per Week) We are seeking an HR Assistant to support day-to-day Human Resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR administrative experience who enjoys recruiting, onboarding, and employee support. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Process onboarding and offboarding paperwork. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support payroll, benefits, and HR administrative functions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist with employee engagement activities and ensure HR compliance. Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. 1–2+ years of HR or administrative experience. Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS/ATS systems. Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. Manufacturing or production environment experience is a plus.
