Payroll Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving process improvements while supporting employees and business operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, including compensation, hours worked, paid leave, and payroll deductions. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and termination. Manage HRIS processes, system enhancements, workflow automation, and technical implementations. Provide HRIS support and training to end users. Ensure payroll, benefits, and HR processes align with company policies and compliance requirements. Support employee benefits communication and engagement initiatives. Assist with monthly and annual employee engagement programs and activities. Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, payroll practices, benefits administration, and multi-state compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
