Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Visual COBOL V9+, including architecture and programming.
• 10+ years of experience in system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex, mission-critical applications.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle 19+ SQL and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET/C#.
• Government-sector experience and/or Visual COBOL technical certification.
