Immigration Attorney - Orlando, Florida Office (On-Site)

$100,000 - $150,000

• Represent clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, humanitarian relief, waivers, removal defense, and other immigration proceedings, as applicable.
• Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies, as appropriate.
• Develop legal strategies that are effective, ethical, and client-focused.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their cases.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, and client advocacy.

• Juris Docto r (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in  any U.S. state.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience .
• Strong knowledge of  U.S. immigration law, USCIS procedures, EOIR proceedings, and case strategy.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
