This role offers the opportunity to handle complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, working alongside experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative and sophisticated environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and litigate a wide range of complex business disputes in state and federal courts Handle matters involving breach of contract, partnership/shareholder disputes, business torts, and fiduciary claims Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and participate in depositions and court proceedings Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes Collaborate with partners and team members across offices and practice groups Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission 3-7 years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and court appearances Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-oriented environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
