About the Role
The Company is seeking an Investment Banking VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including building financial models, conducting financial analysis, and working closely with senior leaders and clients. The role also involves mentoring and leading junior bankers, as well as full-cycle deal execution across various investment banking products. The VP will be expected to prepare a variety of materials for different stakeholders, such as CIMs, pitch decks, and presentations for lenders and roadshows. Applicants for the Investment Banking VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking or M&A. A strong interest in the ADG, engineering, construction, and industrial services space is essential, with experience in the sector being preferred. The role is based in Charlotte, NC, and the ideal candidate should be currently located in the area or be willing to relocate.
