It’s the way *you*want to be treated.**Position Summary:** Responsible for the opening and closing of the department. Balances safe and cash registers and documents appropriately. Oversees the department staff and reports to appropriate manager. Oversees the department sanitation guidelines. Maintains food, cooler, freezes and dish machine temperature logs.
