Commercial National Accounts Director

Overseeing the development and management of teams that maintain relationships with key commercial clients, the full-time remote Commercial National Accounts Director will drive sales and revenue targets by creating customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Lead sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals and meet monthly booking targets Develop and implement strategic programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and address commercial customer needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5-10 years of enterprise-level account management experience 5-10 years of leadership and management experience Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
