This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well on complex campuses, and brings both technical skill and professional discipline to the job.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity system installation — Access control, CCTV, intrusion, and related low-voltage systemsSystem programming — Basic to intermediate programming of security devices and platformsTroubleshooting & testing — Ensure all installed systems meet project specificationsCampus-wide project coordination — Work across multiple Yale buildings and environmentsDocumentation & reporting — Maintain accurate installation logs and system recordsRequired QualificationsMust hold one of the following Connecticut Low Voltage Licenses: L5, L6, C5, or C6Minimum 3 years of experience as a security installation technicianSome programming experience required (access control, cameras, or intrusion systems)Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring, terminations, and device installationHighly Preferred Experience / CertificationsAXISLenelAMAGVMS platformsDMPBenefitsCompany vehicleGas cardPhoneLaptopFull benefits package including:MedicalDentalVisionPTOPaid holidaysPay: $40/hr
