Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address each family's unique dynamics and challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate meaningful discussions and therapeutic progress.

• Engaging actively in team meetings and collaborative case discussions to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Documenting treatment sessions timely and accurately to comply with organizational policies and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, from adults dealing with stresses of job and medical issues to children navigating family changes. You will specialize in addressing challenges faced by blended families, separation and divorce situations, and conflicts among siblings or parents. Qualifications\n
