Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial sessions and develop effective, individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet each client's needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Set and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals while monitoring client progress through consistent feedback and adjustments in the treatment plan as needed.

• Engage in teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have challenges attending traditional in-person appointments.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in line with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license: LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
