# Business Systems Analyst IIOwings Mills, MD**Hybrid**Contract**Title: Business Systems Analyst II** **Description:** OverviewThe II/RPS Technology organization is seeking a skilled Senior-level Business Analyst. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to improve business processes and drive strategic business decisions. To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and business analysis, and be intellectually curious. Responsibilities• Define and translate business needs for new and enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.• Participate in all phases of project lifecycle to ensure business requirements including detailed data requirements are understood, documented and met.
