Position Overview
The Client Support Specialist plays an important role in maintaining communication between DDB Solutions and its customers. This role focuses on coordination, follow-up, and accurate information management.

- Confirm appointments and service details
- Maintain accurate client records in internal systems
- Coordinate scheduling between field teams and customers
