What You’ll Do ⭐ Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and identify arrhythmias ⭐ Prepare accurate, physician ready reports using monitoring software ⭐ Ensure timely report completion while maintaining high quality standards ⭐ Monitor transmissions and escalate critical findings when necessary ⭐ Maintain required certifications and continuing education ⭐ Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams ⭐ Support daily workflow and productivity goals in a 24/7 monitoring environment ✅ Requirements ✔ High School Diploma required ✔ Completion of a basic ECG course ✔ Ability to interpret ECG rhythm strips independently ✔ Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience ✔ CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN required ✔ CCT certification required within 90 days of hire if not already certified ✔ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel ✔ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills What Makes Someone Successful in This Role ⭐ Detail oriented and accurate ⭐ Able to multitask in a fast paced environment ⭐ Dependable and self motivated ⭐ Strong communication skills ⭐ Team oriented with a positive attitude ⭐ High level of professionalism and integrity About Pivotal Health Pivotal Health provides cardiac and sleep diagnostic services to hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.
