Day-to-Day:

**Working with Clinical Pharmacy team (corporate)

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance

Metrics *will be joining committee meetings

• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to leadership

• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (clinical, operational, financial)

• Manage and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis

• Support system‑wide quality improvement and strategic decision‑making

• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance analytic products

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 2-4 Years Business Analyst

*Bachelor's Degree in related field. BA, IT, Economics, etc.

• MySQL and Excel proficiency - Writing Queries + Building Dashboards (Filtering, reporting, no developing tables or raw data just need to know how to pull and analyze)

• Need to understand how to query from SQL navigate data architecture warehouse, background with Power BI products

• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau (Power Bi is what they use)

• Strong Communication Skills + Personality fit for C-suite level communication (going to be working with Executive Director for reporting, idea generation, etc.)

• STRONG PLUS: hospital operations, pharm tech, pharmacy background Plusses:

• Healthcare/Hospital experience

• RPA/Automation/AI exposure? Building Agents

• Certification in quality improvement, business analytics, business intelligence, or data science

• Master's degree
