Invitation Plan International Somaliland seeks the services of reputable and experienced firms to provide the following services: Security and Vehicle rental. 3. Requirements ØFor item 1, there will be need for the prospective service providers to conduct a risk assessment and present a report. ØInterested firms will be required to present relevant documents to show their legitimacy to work in Somaliland such as a copy of registration, registration with relevant bodies and tax clearance certificate. ØPresent documentary evidence in form of contracts or purchase orders for at least 3 firms/INGOs that the firm is providing similar service. ØPresent a profile and financial proposal. Submission of proposals Interested firms should submit sealed profiles and Financial Proposals clearly marked “‘ Tender for Security Services” or “Tender for Vehicle Rental” by hand not later than 12.00 hours of 4 th March 2020.
