You'll partner closely with senior leaders to design programs that accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable business impact.What you'll do:Define and lead CLEAR’s talent management and succession planning strategy to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational capabilityBuild and scale talent development programs, including onboarding, manager training, leadership development, and high-potential initiativesPartner with People Partners and business leaders to design and execute talent reviews, development plans, and succession strategies for critical rolesLeverage data and insights to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve ROI across all initiativesDevelop and implement inclusive, equitable talent practices that expand opportunity and strengthen internal mobility across CLEARHow you'll measure success:Strength of internal talent pipeline and succession coverage for key rolesAdoption and impact of leadership and development programs (e.g., engagement, retention, promotion rates)Measurable improvements in manager effectiveness and team performanceROI and effectiveness of talent programs through defined KPIs and analyticsWhat you're great at:Building and scaling talent management and leadership development strategies in high-growth environmentsTranslating data into actionable insights that drive talent and business outcomesInfluencing and partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational effectivenessLeading and developing high-performing teams while staying close to executionNavigating ambiguity and operating with ownership in fast-paced, evolving environmentsHow You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$180,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
