Job DescriptionICF’s Digital Modernization Division is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Senior Salesforce Practice Architect to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives for public sector and federal clients. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on driving scalable, platform-based Salesforce solutions that align to mission outcomes and long-term modernization goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in designing and delivering complex Salesforce ecosystems and serves as a trusted advisor to both internal leaders and clients. This role combines hands-on solutioning with strategic engagement—supporting early-stage client conversations, shaping technical approaches, and leading solution design for high-priority opportunities.
