Mulesoft Admin Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Chandler Arizona 85224 Job Overview As a Mulesoft Admin, you will administer and maintain MuleSoft runtimes, servers, and platform components. You will handle incoming tickets and perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for production and non‑production environments. You will work with DevOps on deployments, pipelines, automation, certificates, SSL, connectivity, and platform upgrades. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Administer and maintain MuleSoft runtimes, servers, and platform components Handle incoming tickets (incidents, service requests, platform issues) Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for production and non‑production environments Work with DevOps on deployments, pipelines, and automation Support certificates, SSL, connectivity, and platform upgrades Must Have MuleSoft platform administration (CloudHub, RTF, on‑prem, gateways, runtimes) Middleware background (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic experience is a plus) Linux (command‑line troubleshooting, logs, scripts, deployments) L2/L3 production support Strong troubleshooting across integrations, APIs, runtimes, queues, certificates, connectivity On‑call or 24/7 support experience Huge Plus DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, automation) Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) SRE style mindset (monitoring, observability, incident response) Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $60 per hour – $65 per hour Benefits: Medical & pharmacy coverage Dental & vision insurance 401(k) plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Pet Insurance Short‑term and Long‑term Disability Accident & Critical Illness coverage Pre‑paid legal & ID theft protection Sick time and other paid leaves as required by law Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Opportunity Employer Innova Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
