ROADIE is looking for a Field Sales Rep located in or near the South Bay of L.A. The focus areas include South Bay and Orange County and will include other areas in the region as we expand. Who You Are: We are looking for a qualified Field Sales Rep (FSR) to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You should enjoy/thrive in a start-up environment where being a self-starter is vital for success. As we scale the company, there will be room for growth and room to take on additional responsibilities with success in this role. A cultural fit will be vital for our small team. The FSR will be responsible for day-to-day on-the-ground sales and activations in the South Bay LA area . You will be tasked with building, fostering and maintaining relationships, establishing new accounts, promoting ROADIE products, and being an ambassador of the brand. A successful FSR will have attention to detail, a welcoming presence, and a passion for creating meaningful relationships, illustrated by implementing strategic partnerships and retailer/consumer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for driving new distribution, activations and velocities initially in independent retail and on-premise.Building strong partnerships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities to increase sales volume will be core to this role. You will drive business with the oversight of the Head of Sales and utilize our field marketers and brand ambassadors. Job Responsibilities: Market Work - Building Brands Selling – identify and gain distribution in high potential accounts across the territory Business Development - be the supplier of choice at retail, managing On and Off retail accounts to sell volume, increasing distribution, monitoring price, and shelf space Merchandising - Increase shelf space and position for all ROADIE BREWING products, update POS in store, understand retailer margin expectations, and make retail pricing suggestions. Leadership - Executing Work closely with Field Marketing team to activate new distribution and organize events Utilize brand ambassadors where relevant to increase awareness of the brand against the target audience. Trade Interaction – Field Marketing Conduct/Manage On-Sale activations and events, Off-Premise Samplings to build Consumer Ambassadors. Participate in new product launch events, including product tastings. Attend industry events within the region, with a focus on retail partnerships in mind. Administrative/ Internal Management Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. Maintain and create KPI goals to track progress and effectively relay data points back to leadership. Make daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels, utilizing past sales history Pricing execution, Invoice Approvals Collaborate with team members to drive the business Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in adult beverage sales required. Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a team player Familiarity and aptitude with VIP Detail-oriented and extremely organized. Strong communicator who can provide exceptional customer service and react quickly to identify and solve problems. Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Summary Location: South Bay of L.A.
