Schedule:

• May 15th to May 17th, with additional per diem dates anticipated
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial (PV1) and final (PV2) prescription verification for compounded and commercial medications
• Ensure prescriptions meet safety standards and regulatory requirements before dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve any discrepancies or concerns regarding prescriptions
• Maintain meticulous records for all verifications conducted
