ACLS, BLS, NIHSS*, PALS. Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patients' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and identifying changes that require medical attention. Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including assessments, care plans, medication administration, and treatment outcome
