Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Paralegal/Litigation Secretary specializing in personal injury cases. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and coordinating communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel. The role also involves scheduling, maintaining organized records, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation. Qualifications Knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officers Strong Research and Document Review skills Ability to manage files, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in documentation Proficiency in legal software and office tools for efficient case management Academic degree or certification in Paralegal Studies a plus Minimum 3 years personal injury experience Detail-oriented team player with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA
