BookkeeperThis role involves providing direct support to the director, assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess a high attention to detail and be adaptable to change, as the tasks will vary day to day. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to the director in daily operations.Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed.Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks.Essential SkillsStrong organizational skills.Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel.Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing tasks.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Paylocity is beneficial but not required.Experience in claims management is advantageous.Interest in organization development.Work EnvironmentThe position offers a dynamic work environment where adaptability is key. The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, utilizing technologies such as Excel and potentially Paylocity. The role requires a flexible approach to tasks, fostering a supportive and detail-oriented atmosphere.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wadsworth, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
