Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists—including SLP-CFs—are invited to make a positive difference in a vibrant school setting. Flexible full-time roles are available, with district supervision for Clinical Fellows and a friendly, collaborative environment that prioritizes student success.

Bring your expertise to the East or Southern sections of the district, working closely with dedicated education professionals. With a manageable caseload of up to 35 students, you’ll have the chance to provide focused, impactful services and help shape communication skills in young learners.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an SLP in North Carolina
• Hold SLP-CCC, or be eligible as SLP-CF (district supervision provided)
• Prior experience in a school environment, particularly with students with autism (AU) and low cognitive disabilities is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners
• No applications accepted from SLPAs at this time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to ensure student progress
• Track student development and maintain thorough documentation
• Adapt strategies for students with a variety of needs within caseload range
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and district-led initiatives
