Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required for strong CFY candidates
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans for students, ensuring IEP compliance and documentation
• Deliver therapy services individually and in groups, adapting methods to student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing progress and collaborating on student goals
• Provide guidance and training to educators and families to support carryover of strategies
• Maintain accurate records, submit required reports, and track student progress
