They're looking for a founding HR leader to join their Seattle office - 3-5x a week!
The Role
This is a blank-sheet builder seat. You'll be the first dedicated People hire, coming in to design, build, and run the HR and People Ops function from the ground up. High exec proximity, real scope, and the kind of mandate that doesn't come around often
What You'll Own
- Building and running the People function end-to-end, People strategy aligned to fast-moving business priorities
- Designing the function 0-1
- Core HR programs: onboarding, performance, compensation, engagement, career development
- Coaching and advising leadership on talent, retention, and change
- HR systems and infrastructure - ATS, HRIS, payroll, benefits
- Compliance, workforce data integrity, and audit readiness
What we're looking for
- Open to onsite 5x a week (or a minimum of 3x a week onsite DT Toronto)
- 5-7 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth environment
- A builder mindset, collaborative, comfortable in ambiguity
