Business Development Associate

Requirements:

• Associate degree required (or equivalent work experience); bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of customer service, account management, sales support, or business development experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience providing systems, product, or process training to clients or partners
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
• Ability to collaborate across business development and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing the customer experience
