Change Management Consultant

We’re partnering with a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Change & Transformation leader to drive enterprise-level culture and performance improvements within a marketing-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, change management, and marketing transformation, and is passionate about enabling leaders and teams to adopt and sustain meaningful change. Pay Rate Range - $70-75/HR on W2 (NO C2C) Responsibilities Lead and execute organizational change initiatives to support large‑scale transformation programs Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze findings, and present insights to senior leadership Develop and implement change strategies and actionable plans aligned to business objectives Partner closely with leadership to identify organizational development, behavioral, and change challenges Design and deliver clear, compelling communication strategies to drive engagement and adoption Build internal capability by coaching leaders and teams on sustainable change practices Support transformation efforts within a marketing function, including process, technology, and capability evolution Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience leading organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives Proven ability to influence senior leaders and guide organizations through complex change Strong background in: Strategic Planning Change Management methodologies Communications development & delivery Experience working within or closely with marketing organizations Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms) Highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations Preferred Experience Experience driving marketing transformation initiatives Exposure to or experience with Zeta Global (Zeta Marketing Platform) strongly preferred Track record of delivering sustainable behavioral and cultural change at scale Benefits for Hourly Employees Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees, including medical, dental, 401(k), direct deposit, and commuter benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Solomon Page
